Rock Mobile Corporation was established in August 1, 2002. Its predecessor was the Digital Music Division of the Rock Music Group. RMC's shareholders include Acer Technology Ventures, Siemens GmbH, Legend Capital, Walden International, and Rock Internet Corp. The main business model focuses mainly on wireless digital entertainment service platforms and other value-added services within the Greater China area through 3G wireless networks and the Internet. The service platforms currently provided by RMC include IVR, WAP, SMS, MMS, USSD, and WEB. At the same time, RMC continues to cooperate with technology providers at home and abroad, including the Shazam song recognition system of the United Kingdom, and Singapore's InfoTalk ASR system. In core technology development, RMC insists on Java solutions. The company's experienced tech team and 24-hour monitoring mechanism ensure service quality and stability.
