The WiMAX Global Cooperation Summit will be held on December 17, 2008, and is organized by the M-Taiwan and the CoCID. Speakers include representatives of Intel, Sprint Nextel, and UQ Communications. Sprint Nextel introduced XOHM service in Baltimore, Maryland (U.S.A.). The service enhances WiMAX to the next stage of deployment. In the summit, global cooperation strategies such as these can be used as a reference model for all WiMAX Partners and players coming to Taiwan for their total solution needs. By cooperating with key international players, this summit serves as a platform for WiMAX networks in Taiwan to connect with the world.
